6. How often can I take VPLENISH^® vitamin boost packets? 

VPLENISH^® is simply a nutrient boost containing B, C and D vitamins in amounts not exceeding 25% of the Daily Value. This is well below upper intake levels, so VPLENISH^® can be taken anytime, anywhere - but if you have any concerns, we recommend you check with your physician. VPLENISH^® only contains ingredients permitted by the U.S. FDA.

VPLENISH^® packets have a shelf-life of two years if stored in a cool, dry environment.

18. How many calories are in a VPLENISH^® packet?

VPLENISH^® contains less than 3 calories per packet, which is less than the 5 calories found in an average artificial sweetener packet.
